Love is in the Air
I wanted to share with you the wonderful wedding I went to for my step cousin Lecky last weekend in Rancho Valencia. First off, let me start by saying the decoration and details were incredible. My favorite part, beside the vows, were the stream of different shades of pink she picked specially the colors of the rose petals that flowed down the aisle. Now The vows… I couldn’t stop crying, LOVE was definitely in the air. There is something magical when you witness true love in front of your eyes. You could see how in love Lecky and Josh are just by the way they looked and spoke to each other. It was truly magical and I can only hope to find a love like theirs one day. Aside of the shades of pink, joy was all around us! From the ceremony to the reception, everyone was so full of life and happiness I could not stop smiling. The food was delicious, I have to confess I broke some rules and tried everything!! The music, a mix of oldies, hits and Latin made you want to get up on your feet and never go back to your chair!
You know that moment where you just stop what you’re doing and look around in amazement, that moment when nothing else matters because You are just living in the moment and you’re so grateful for the life you live and everyone you are surrounded by. I had that moment that night! That has only happened to me a few times in my life and that Saturday night it happened again. At the end of the reception there was an “after party”. It was the most fun I’ve had in a while, everyone was so carefree dancing and having fun! Open bar, a great music, friends and family and love all around… What more could you ask for?! Everything fell into place so perfectly and effortlessly, It was truly a night I will never forget and I feel so blessed I was part of it.
Here are the links to my outfit! (P.S. My purse was my grandmas, I was so grateful that my mom let me wear it. I miss her so much… I know she was looking down on me and smiling!)
