Tonight’s Look x Athena Designs

I had such a fun time visiting the “Urban Lights” at the LACMA Museum. It’s such a cool place for picture too! I have teamed up with Athena Designs Jewelry and I am thrilled with the opportunity to show off some of their unique and gorgeous designs. With this look I wore their black suede choker with a crystal horseshoe charm attached. I am obsessed with it! You can find more of her designs at Athena Designs Jewelry.
So, lets be honest… Don’t we all sometimes stretch ourselves a little too thin?  I know I do! I always think I can finish everything on my “to do list”  but it never goes quite as planned. It feels like there isn’t enough hours in the day!  Right? But no excuses ladies!!! That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t put a little effort into your look, so next time you have plans make an appointment with yourself, pencil yourself in on your busy agenda and give yourself some me time to play dress up!

For this look, I decided to do a top knot bun, wing liner and lipstick. It’s such a easy and simple trick to making you look gorge without even trying too hard.
For my outfit…I wore my favorite white tank! I can’t say enough good things about this tank top, its one of those “The sisterhood of the traveling pants” items. It LOOKS GOOD on everyone, Its even layered on the boob area so you don’t even have to wear a bra with it if you choose not to. It is not on the website but you can find it in stores and it comes in white, black, gray, and a few other fashionable colors. I recently went to ZARA to get more of them before my trip to Thailand.  I even made both my sisters and mom buy them, in case I needed extras lol. Go buy it! I highly recommend it! I paired the tank with a black leather jacket and light blue skinny jeans, also from ZARA. I love to have basic pieces that can be incorporated with many looks for different occasions. I wear those skinny jean religiously, It is so hard for me to find jeans that actually fit my waist, butt, and leg length. I’m 5’2” (I’m being generous) and I almost never find jeans that fit me perfect length wise. I purchase most of my denim in the TRF section of ZARA because they are not only affordable but they are the perfect fit.

Lastly, I wore my Lola Shoetique black thigh high boots called “Front Row”. Right now they have them in the colors rust and berry. I’m such a fan of Lola Shoetique all of their shoes are so affordable and extremely comfortable. Perfect combination! I really love this look, it’s trendy, sexy and comfortable! 😍
